Case White grew up in construction. From the age of 16, he worked summers as an electrical helper at Ralph White Electric, the family business his grandfather started — a third-generation trade that gave him an early, ground-level education in how buildings actually come together. That hands-on foundation shaped everything that followed.

While studying construction management in college, Case secured an internship with a hotel general contractor, where he gained his first real exposure to the development side of the industry — learning how large-scale projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered from the ground up. He worked there from age 20 through graduation, building a working knowledge of commercial construction that went well beyond the classroom.

After earning his degree, Case joined a general contractor full-time, spending three years managing commercial projects including shopping centers and Walmart remodels. That experience sharpened his understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and what it takes to keep complex projects on track and on budget.

He then returned to the family business for five to six years, where he continued to grow — but also began to recognize something important: his true passion was not just building, but developing. The process of taking raw land or an unfinished vision and turning it into something real, something lasting, was what drove him.

With 13 years of hands-on experience spanning electrical work, commercial construction, and residential development, Case founded White Construction and Development in 2022. He brought with him the discipline of commercial-grade project management, the accountability of a family builder, and a genuine commitment to doing the work right. He is on-site every day — not because it is required, but because that is the standard he holds himself to.
