Megan plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of White Construction and Development, managing the many moving pieces behind the scenes that keep the company and its projects running smoothly. From permit applications and project documentation to scheduling coordination, communication, and day-to-day administrative needs, Megan handles a wide range of responsibilities throughout the construction process. She works closely with Case to stay ahead of deadlines, solve problems, and make sure important details are handled efficiently. Her organization, attention to detail, and willingness to take on just about anything make Megan an essential part of the team — and a key reason White Construction and Development stays organized, responsive, and moving forward.

Kyler plays a key role in both the client experience and real estate side of White Construction and Development. As our in-house real estate agent, she helps clients navigate opportunities from the property and purchasing side, while also working closely with them throughout the design and selection process. From flooring, tile, paint colors, fixtures, and finishes to purchasing and coordinating selections, Kyler helps clients bring their vision together while keeping decisions organized and moving forward. She works closely with Case to ensure selections, budgets, and project details are clearly communicated before they are carried into the field. Her combination of real estate experience, design insight, and hands-on client involvement allows White Construction and Development to provide a more complete experience — from finding the right property to making the selections that turn a house into a home.
